Support services are provided to people residing in their own apartment, in their own house, or in the home of a caregiver. Some people require certain support to live independently.

A person’s needs vary from person to person and are identified in consultation with the person and his/her support team. The goal of this service is to tailor support to meet the needs and expressed goals of the person receiving this service.

  • Personal Care service provides assistance with nutrition, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, activities of daily living, socialization, vocational and community inclusion skills and training.
  • Adult Companion service provides non-medical support and supervision that is focused on safety, non-medical care and socialization. Companion Services in generally provided in the evenings and at night to ensure safety and security for the person.
