Gena D. Richardson, Executive DirectorMission driven Executive Director, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Rotarian, health nut, adventure lover, and coffee fanatic.
Rosa Jackson, Community & Day Services DirectorRosa graduated from Tuskegee University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She is also a member of The Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Rosa is currently TACC’s Community Services Director and has been employed with TACC since October 17, 1988.
Ora Young, Residential Services DirectorOra began work with TACC in July, 1994 as a relief Direct Support Professional in one of TACC’s group homes. Working all shifts, Ora provided a range of supports for individuals who lived in the Jones Home. A little over a year later, Ora was promoted to a full-time position and began working at the newly built Arc Home. In 2008. Ora gladly accepted the Residential Services Supervisor’s position and in 2010 she accepted the Residential Services Director’s position. Ora states that when she thinks about how people receiving services have taken control of their own lives as compared to when she first started, it lifts her spirits and gives her the motivation to help ensure the TACC Residential Services Program continues to move forward toward full inclusion in the community. Outside of TACC, Ora enjoys spending time with her family and participating in church activities.
Dru Turner, Supported Employment SpecialistDru was employed with The Arc of Clarke County in June 2000. She is the coordinator for the Supported Employment Program. Dru has two daughters and a grandson. She graduated from Fruitdale High School.
Gaye Walker, Health and Safety CoordinatorGaye has been a Clarke County girl all her life. She became the Health & Safety Coordinator of TACC in November 2007. Gaye enjoys her job of being a nurse and supporting the people they serve in reaching their optimal goal of quality health. She has three children and a sweet grand baby. She loves the community work TACC is involved in and is hoping to implement some community health education in the future.
Gerard Kwilecki, Financial/ HR ManagerGerard is from Bainbridge, GA. He graduated from Valdosta State University with a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration. Gerard lives in Jackson with my wife, Deanna, who is a registered nurse with Mobile Infirmary, and 14 year old son, Bryant, a rising freshman at Clarke Prep.
Kimberly W. Nelson, Administrative AssistantKimberly is a 2008 graduate of Jackson Academy. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Alabama Southern Community College in May 2010 earning an Associate’s Degree in Business Technology. While enrolled at Alabama Southern, she served as an Ambassador for the school from 2008-2010 and was voted Ambassador President in 2009. She was named Alabama Southern’s 2010 Outstanding Leader for the Thomasville Campus. She had been employed at TACC since June 2010. She is a member of the Jackson Rotary Club and serves as the Jackson Interact Club Director. She resides with Jackson with her husband, Cory and daughter, Ava.
Irma Gunter, Community Life CoordinatorIrma has been with the organization for 33 years. During those years, she has held various positions with the organization. She is a resident of Jackson and a graduate of Jackson High School. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Troy University. Her hobbies are painting, golfing, and spending time with her family.
Trista Stout- Walker, Community Life CoordinatorTrista has been a resident of Jackson, AL for 20 years. She is a 2005 graduate of the University Of South Alabama with a BA in Interpersonal Communication and Rhetoric with a minor in Business. Also, she is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High. She is one of the three CLCs that are on staff with the agency. Trista has been an employee of The Arc of Clarke County for 6 years and has held various positions with the agency(Volunteer, Direct Support Professional, People First Adviser, Downtown Market Coordinator, and Cuties for Canines Adviser). Her hobbies include: jewelry design, reading, and spending time with her family. She enjoys working with people and supporting them to DREAM BIG and working to find creative ways to support them to achieve their goals.
Amanda Dungan, Community Life CoordinatorAmanada has been employed with TACC for 2 years where she started as a Life Coach. She has been a resident of Jackson for 29 years. Amanda is a 2004 graduate of Jackson Academy. She completed her Associate’s Degree from Alabama Southern Community College and continued her education online while starting a family. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She enjoys church, spending time with her loved ones, traveling, and Alabama football. Amanda loves her job and advocates for people to exceed their own expectations and have the best quality of life.

Members of the committee represent diverse components of community and individual supports. They include family members, service recipients, representatives from the Department of Human Resources, Social Security Administration, the clergy, medical field, related service providers, legal field and more.
From the observations of the HRC, TACC has been able to identify systemic issues that present barriers to providing quality and individualized services. Therefore, this committee sets forth the example of TACC's dedication to provide service recipients with the utmost care and treatment possible.
